Delena Construction Services, LLC (DCS) is a woman owned, managed and controlled business specializing in steel reinforcement and concrete construction for Civil and Commercial Construction projects. Our scope of work includes rebar installation for drill shafts, columns, caps, bridge substructure, bridge decks, culverts, and paving reinforcement. As well as concrete paving for roads, commercial and residential parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and riprap. As a self-performing general contractor, DCS closely monitors quality control and safety procedures, placing the highest standards on communication and teamwork.

Alfreda Gould, President and Managing Member established Delena Construction Services, LLC in 2018 after having worked in highway construction and seeing opportunities for women. Alfreda uses her previous 15 years combined experience in construction, property management, and real estate to provide high quality services for clients in the Houston and surrounding areas.
